Al Masih is a special person.
His whole life had been prophesied in the early scriptures, both in the Torah and the poetical books, as well as in the books written by the prophets of Israel. They told us where he was to be born, at what time, from what family, what he would do, how he would die and how he would return.
The chances that one person would fulfill every prediction is miniscule. In face, someone tried to calculate it and discovered that the chance that one person could fulfill every prediction was 1 in 68 billion.
The chance that two people would be born with the same fingerprints, is 1 in 64 billion. This means that the possibility of one person, by accident, having all the qualities prophesied about the Messiah are less than the chances of two people having the same fingerprint! It is astounding that the Prophet Isa fit every prediction that was prophesied about the Messiah.
Now let's take a look at one of these prophecies about Al Masih and compare it to the life of the Prophet Isa. There are some amazing things to see!
Miraculous birth -
I was prophesied that Al-Masih would be born of a virgin, which was the sign from Allah. It is recorded that Mary (Mirjam) was a virgin, had not slept with any man, before she became pregnant and gave birth to Prophet Isa.
The prophecy is in Isaiah 7:14 “Therefore Allah Himself will give you a sign: behold, a young virgin will conceive. and give birth to a son..."
The record of it’s fulfillment is in the Injil Luke 1:34-35. An angel came to Maryam and told her that she would give birth to a son.
Maryam replied to the angel: “I am a virgin. How can it be as you say?”
The angel explained that “Al Ruhul Qudusu (the Holy Spirit) will descend upon you and the power of the Most High will be with you. That's why the son that is born will be holy and will be called the Most Beloved Al-Masih of Allah.”
