A woman had a hemorrhagic disease (a flow of blood that wouldn’t stop) for twelve years. She suffered a lot because of the disease. Her possessions were all gone because she had seen many doctors but still had not been cured. In fact, it was getting worse
When she heard about Isa she pushed her way through the crowd to reach him. She came behind Isa and touched the hem of his robe, thinking, “If I can just touch the hem of his robe, I will be cured.”
Suddenly, she could feel that her bleeding had stopped. She knew that she had been healed! Isa also immediately felt that power had gone out from him, so he turned to the crowd and asked, “Who touched me?” The disciples said. “You can see that the people are crowding around you, and yet you ask, ‘Who touched me?’”
The woman was trembling with fear. She came and bowed before him, telling him what had happened. He said to her, “My daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be healed.”
